Excellent service in the beginning from our account manager who is now impossible to contact (for last several months). We have an issue with delivery which you seen disinterested in resolving.

Great price.
The price was much cheaper than our current suppliers. I tend to shop around and found Euroffice had the best deal.
I have used once before and was pleased with the service an delivery time so will use more in the future.

Took my money andnot delivered the file boxes
You have not delivered the file boxes, and I can see from you tracking you have left them somewhere in Upton on Severn and certainly not at my address in Earls Croome.
I have replied to ask for a refund and had no response of any kind.
Difficult to see how you could warrant even one star seeing as you’ve had my money, not delivered and have fails to respond to my request for a refund.

Bought ink as it said 1 business day delivery . Four days later I call , on hold for 20 mins to be told that apparently I had an email to say my account was on hold and I had to prove my address even though they I had taken the money out of the account . Very strange, cancelled order , easier to just to go outand buy it !

Only get 15% if you purchase as a business.
Website is very busy and I missed the bit about 15% discount on business customers. I purchased as a personal customer so had to run through checkout twice not realising that the 15% had been withdrawn. Hope this all makes sense.

Easy to order, speedy delivery. I did call and spoke to a real person who answered m6 query in a friendly and knowledgeable manner.
However, UPS delivery sent a link which didn't work on my phone but works fine on the laptop

Telephone support needed
The screen kept saying voucher added but there was none in the basket:
I had to phone the sales team at the end of my goods selection as I was not able to checkout and although I was on hold for 17 minutes when I did finally get through the service agent was able to help me to get my £10 voucher into my basket.
He then processed my order as I had finished selecting goods.
I was very happy with the outcome.
